Parents/guardians must update and confirm information for all Claremore Public Schools students each year. This process allows the District and school sites to access important information and communicate with CPS families. The information provided by parents/guardians also contains data the District must send to the Oklahoma State Department of Education.

The Claremore Police Department, Volunteers for Youth, and the Healthy Community Partnership are hosting the “Back to School Bash at National Night Out” at the Claremore Lake Park Splash Pad.
Local organizations will give away free school supplies and family resource information.
Family-friendly activities will be available, including live music, interactive activities for children, free drinks, free pizza and more.

ROOMS for Parent-Teacher-Student Chat
With the new House Bill 3958, school personnel must include a parent or guardian in any electronic communication with a student unless it's on a school-approved platform related to academics. Approved platforms include ROOMS, Google Workspace, Infinite Campus, StopIt, Edgenuity, and Acellus.
BOE Policy Reference: 74 O.S. § 840-8.1, 70 O.S. § 6-401.

Family passes $200.00 up to five in immediate family ($10 for each add-on)
Individual or Student Pass $100.00
Passes are for general admission to all home sporting events, including Jr. High and High School.
Exceptions: tournaments, festivals, &/or play-offs
RESERVE FOOTBALL SEATS $50.00 for all home games.
If you purchase a family pass, you may purchase reserve football seats at half price.
