WRJH Families:
Happy New Year and welcome back! We hope you and your family enjoyed a restful break and are ready for a strong start to 2026. We are excited to welcome our students back to campus and continue an engaging and meaningful school year. Reminder that classes start on Tuesday, January 6th.
As we return, our focus remains on supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally—while intentionally embracing our core value of innovation. Innovation at our school means encouraging curiosity, creative thinking, and problem-solving. Students are challenged to think critically, explore new ideas, and use learning tools and strategies that prepare them for the future.
During the second half of the year, students will engage in lessons and projects that promote collaboration, adaptability, and real-world connections. Our teachers continue to design learning experiences that foster independence and responsibility while helping students grow as confident learners.
We encourage families to partner with us by staying connected, checking grades regularly, communicating with teachers, and reinforcing strong habits at home. Your support plays an important role in helping students make the most of innovative learning opportunities.
As we begin the new semester, please note that all schedule changes must go through the Counseling Office. Parent/guardian approval is required for any schedule change, and changes will not be made without signed parent consent.
Please note that there is no staff supervision before 7:50 a.m., and students who arrive early are unsupervised. Recently, we have had a few incidents occur before the official supervision period begins, which has raised safety concerns. Our top priority is keeping all students safe, and we need your help to ensure that happens.
To maintain a secure and orderly environment, we kindly ask that you do not drop students off before 7:50 a.m. If you must arrive earlier, please make alternate arrangements for your child’s supervision until that time.
Please watch for upcoming announcements, events, and important dates. We are grateful for our families and look forward to a productive, forward-thinking start to 2026.
