FROM THE PRINCIPAL'S OFFICE

WRJH Families:

I hope you and your family are doing well and enjoying the spring season. As always, thank you for being such an important part of our school community. Together, we continue to support our students in striving for excellence—in their learning, character, and growth each day.

We are proud to share that our school will be recognized as a GE Model School  for the 6th year in a row on Friday, April 10. This honor reflects the dedication of our students, staff, and families in building a culture centered on excellence. We look forward to celebrating this special achievement together and recognizing the hard work that made it possible.

Beginning Monday, April 13, our students will take part in state assessments. This is an opportunity for them to show what they’ve learned and to demonstrate the excellence they’ve been working toward all year. You can support your child by helping them get plenty of rest, eat a good breakfast, and arrive at school on time feeling confident and ready to do their best.

We’re excited for our upcoming school dance on Friday, May 1! This is always a joyful time for students to connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories together. Our amazing PTO puts so much effort in to this event.  We look forward to seeing our students show excellence not only in the classroom, but also in how they represent themselves and our school at this fun event. More details will be shared soon.

On Monday, May 18, we will proudly celebrate our 8th grade students at their promotion ceremony. This milestone is a reflection of their hard work, perseverance, and commitment to excellence. We are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished and can’t wait to honor them as they take their next steps toward high school. The ceremony will be at 5:30 at the PAC, more details will follow

Thank you for your continued partnership and for helping us nurture a culture of excellence in everything we do. If you have any questions or need support, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
