WRJH Families:
It’s hard to believe we are entering the final two weeks of the school year! This time of year always brings a mix of excitement, celebration, reflection, and determination as our students work hard to finish strong. I want to thank our families for your continued support throughout the year—it truly makes a difference in the success of our school community.
Over the next two weeks, students will be completing final projects, assessments, and end-of-year activities. Attendance remains extremely important, and we encourage all students to stay engaged and focused each day. These final moments of the school year are meaningful opportunities for growth, celebration, and preparation for what comes next.
Please help us by encouraging your child to:
Arrive at school on time each day
Stay organized with assignments and deadlines
Continue showing respect, responsibility, and kindness
We also have several exciting events coming up:
Fun Day is scheduled for May 18th. Students can look forward to a day filled with activities and celebration as we wrap up the school year.
8th Grade Promotion will also be held on May 18th at 5:30 pm at the Robson PAC. RSVP forms went home with your 8th grader last week. Please get these to the front office by May 5th in order to reserve your two complimentary tickets. Tickets for the graduation will go on sale Wednesday, May 13th at 9:30am. Tickets will be sold at the JH, they are $10 each, and it is first come first serve.
As we celebrate this weekend, I also want to wish a very Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers, grandmothers, guardians, and caregivers in our school community. Thank you for the countless ways you support, encourage, and love our students each day. Your partnership is one of the greatest strengths of our school.
Let’s make these last two weeks positive, productive, and memorable for our students.
